The story line has never intrigued me...neither has his other films. The one exception might be THE EARLY YEARS OF BUTCH AND SUNDANCE...I might go watch it, but nothing else he as done is as cool as GAH.

The only reason BUTCH AND SUNDANCE might attract me to watch is the music video that Lauren did on the GAH site about it. That was good enough that I might go watch it.

And even then, you aren't promising you'll like it! LOL

Exactly. I haven't watched it yet because I think that Lauren's video is probably better than the whole movie.

It's too bad we didnt' hear her talk about the rest of the cast. She mentions the kids, but you never really hear her single them out to talk about...except Tony. What about Faye and such? How did she like that? Who was her favorite guest star? Which dad of hers did she like better? There was so much left unsaid. A shame that there were not more cast interviews.

Definitely. I think it would have been great to see interviews with Faye Grant, Jesse D. Goins (who is still extremely visible these days. . .I can always spot him in commercials and I always yell "CYLER!" and my mom just shakes her head), and Don Cervantes (if they could find him. . .)

As far as Katt's interview, I got the feeling that he was uncomfortable that day talking about the character. I've had days I don't talk fondly about being mascot and days I do, as you see in the one thread here. He also looked really tired IMO, and given the style of his hair, it might've been around the time he was filming a movie or something and had a rough night.
Also, I never got the impression he hated playing Ralph, just the suit. If he hated Ralph, he wouldn't have taken the role. Anyone's who's done regular acting has had an outfit they hated. Believe me, just about every play I was in in high school I had to wear something I hated. These ranged from wearing an itchy flowerpot basket on my head as a hat, feathers going up my nose after I had to faint onto a couch in one play, and too tight clip-on earrings that made it tough to pretend to be unconscious. Even my favorite outfit, a dress I wore in Cinderella, I hated the sleeves because they were too tapered for a volleyball player to wear properly. I had more muscular arms at the time and that was the problem.
Now, to Connie's interview, I do see the joy she had playing the role. The banter she had with Michael Pare in his interview was also fun. In this case, I think it was luck of the draw that the two of them were together. I could see Connie and Katt do a team one like they did in the second collection with SJC and Mike Post, but not Culp and Katt for their slight animosity toward each other. Maybe this special edition will have it, but I'm not getting it unless it has the music back to normal and some new extras (not just the cape, book, etc.)
I got from ALL three that they had a blast playing their roles in the series and had fun off screen. That's why the show was a success, you could tell they were having fun, even toward the end. I think "Vanity," also hurts a bit in that you can tell they were sad this was the last one. Their performances did show it was the last one, otherwise it might've ended stronger. Just my 3 cents.

Well, Pam and Ralph are two peas in a pod, HD. And... this thread did digress a little bit into Katt's interview and how he appeared in it. Out of the three interviews, I like Connie's and Katt's the best personally. Culp's I feel is a bit of a braggart, but that fits Bill's personality too. He's really been the only one at one time to dismiss the show entirely. I've never heard Katt do it with the exception of wearing the suit, which goes back to what I said about costuming. Pare's I think was fun too only because it does give at least one student's perspective of the show. I'd like to have seen Jesse Goins be interviewed as well though. It'd made for some interesting comments. He too still looks great for his age. In face, all of them actually do... when they have the proper haircuts.

YES! Thank you. The long hair made him look old. . .
. . .but I digress.
