I don't even have the first season (though maybe I should look into it. . .I like the A-Team. . .)

TV show themes are very addicting. I right now have the one to "Wonder Woman" in my head combined with "The Greatest American Hero" and "Buck Rogers: 2492" I have to admit as far as other songs, just "I've Gotta Be There in A-Flat" is the only one running in my head nonstop

I have to say that this weekend I rediscovered some old favorites. I LOVE the Royal Guardsmen and I am looking to get their anthology CD. You might not recognize the band, but you might recognize the music...maybe. They sing all of the Snoopy vs. The Red Baron songs...and I heard the first one the other day and realized how much they did and how much I miss their novelty songs, especially about Snoopy. So, I am on the prowl for that. Of course, in that genre, I LOVE Bob Rivers and all of his Christmas spoofs. I am working on collecting all of those CDs...I only have a couple, but I will get more, especially with Christmas a few months away. A nod to Lauren, that I too like Weird Al, but I am a select-song person from him. Some of his songs are not stellar, so while I am a fan, I am not like those moronic Dave Matthews people that worship him for no reason. I only like one Dave Matthews song. I'm also familiar with the Royal Guardsmen (I have the CD with the Christmas song on it, plus several other novelties). I have all of the Bob Rivers Christmas CDs. Yeah, I'm not on worshipping level with Weird Al, though I really like most of what he's put out & am looking forward to the new CD in late September. And I can't even name a Dave Matthews song off the top of my head.

Okay...maybe this will take some doing. You sure you don't want happy songs for when you are bummed? Those are supposed to make you feel better. I have a lot of happy songs.

I have plenty of happy songs. They don't work when I'm sad. Only remind me of happier times, which makes me even sadder.

Most of my sad songs, as you can tell from my list of four CDs above...are sad love songs or songs of unrequited love. I have other sad songs...I just can't remember them right now.

My other music collections, which I am sure I will utilize on the drive to see my parents this weekend, will be the Billy Joel collection (some great ones like "We Didn't Start the Fire" and "Piano Man." Also, Jimi Hendrix.
