Here is my current list that I should get picked up tomorrow. Two songs have changed for sure...and apparently my person was not able to get every song, but I am not sure which ones yet. Whichever she did not get, I will have to enlist help to get. Enjoy my four great country CDs:
<snip>
Actually, two of the Ray Stevens songs got replaced. "It's Me Again, Margaret" got replaced by Aaron Tippin's "You've Got to Stand for Something." The other song "The Streak" got replaced by Confederate Railroad's "Daddy Never Was the Cadillac Kind."
Only one song I wanted did not make my list because I forgot it at the time: David Ball's "Ridin' with Private Malone."
Now don't you all wish we had an audio section?
*faints* HD... dang! What an AWESOME Country list! Course, I have atleast half of that list myself.
Btw, let me know which songs you can't get, I may have them & would be more than happy to burn them for you.
Got a few comments by song to make...
Marty Robbins "Big Iron" -- Yes, that's the title.
Billy Dean "Billy the Kid" -- One of my absolute favorites.
Randy Travis "Song of the Whiporwhill" -- The actual title is "Deeper Than The Holler"
Ronnie Milsap "Daydreams about Night Things" -- Love this one, but don't hear it enough
Martina McBride "My Baby loves me the way that I am" -- Close, it's just "My Baby Loves Me"
Randy Travis "Forever and Ever, Amen" -- Yup, that's the title, & another of my absolute favorites.
John Anderson "Seminole Wind" -- I bestow upon you GREAT PRAISE, HD, just for the sheer fact that you like this song.
Billy Ray Cyrus "Achy Breaky Heart" -- I STILL wish I could do the line dance to this one.
Billy Ray Cyrus "Some Gave All" -- I swear, this song is so good, I still get chills when I hear it.
Ray Stevens -- More praise.
Confederate Railroad -- Even MORE praise!
I cannot wait to see your oldies list if this is any indication.
