THATGIRL, where are you? I told you about this ages ago and no response? ;( I wondered if it was worth my money to buy it.

Hahahahaha! You KNOW I care! I have been traveling all summer with our girls' fastpitch softball team. I've been trying to keep a blog about the trips. If you want, you can read it here: www.myspace.com/thatgirl333Got your emails this week, and finally had a chance to drop by. Looks like a lot of exciting changes have been going on around here!

I don't have a myspace page, as i wouldn't know what to do with it save maybe try to juggle it (then I'd throw my back out trying to juggle the computer.)
I've never watched "That Girl," so I don't know much about it. Maybe I'll rent it and see what it's about.

It was a good show, but it has been some time since I have seen it, which is why I wanted THATGIRL to tell me if it was worth it, especially with the interviews. If it is, I might get it to go into my collection. I don't know yet.
*Waiting on THATGIRL*

Guess what? I haven't had time to buy it yet!!! I adore that show, but family keeps taking up all of my time!
Also, I just started back in college, after many (many) years. I've always wanted to go back and finish, but finally did something about it. Of course, this means that not only is my time taken up with my kids' homework, but now I have homework as well. I've neglected all of my favorite sites, but, it's a three day weekend, and I am going to relax and visit.

Well, if your family knows what to get you for Christmas (beside Pare movies and Pare himself), hopefully they will get you Seasons 1 and 2 and you can tell us all about them. We miss you, ThatGirl. Come back.

Well, I loved the show when I was a kid, so for me, it is wonderful to watch it again. By today's standards, it is probably hard to identify with, but things were a lot different back then. If you are completely new to it, you might not see what the big deal is. It was simple. I love it still, and am overjoyed to have the DVD sets.

You have the sets now? Awesome? Both 1 and 2? So they are still fun to watch for you after all these years?

Yes, I have both 1 and 2, and I love to watch them. It was just really special to me. When I was a little girl, she was living what seemed like a dream life to me; so independent, a model, an actress, beautiful clothes, adorable apartment, "nice" boyfriend, etc. Marlo Thomas was the executive producer of the show, so in real life I admired her as well. She has been quoted as saying that it was funny because an actual actress who had "Ann Marie's" level of success, (low), could never afford the lifestyle they gave her! She was wearing Dior and Chanel. I was all into the "mod" stuff when I was 8! LOL!
