OK, after discussing with HD a possible story idea, I'm wondering if anyone's got any ideas or wants to spout off something I have to include in a story. The two ideas I've got involve ships: A cruise ship and the space ship (yes, HD, I do have one RD'd in my head... very basic beginnings including what I did write in that last PM). Max words, maybe 2,000 to 5,000, can also be a requirement, or a set of drabbles: Maybe 2 or 3. You guys get to choose which ship (have to agree) and something I have to include. I will suggest one idea, and you have to agree on it. Any takers (or have I really gone off the deep end...?

I still think you should have to write one that is ONLY 100 words...and NOT a series of them.

Well, if you, Miss D, and Tussan can agree on an idea and give me an idea, I'll try it.
Otherwise, I'm going to work on Bill's farewell story. I decided that I'd write it afterall, and have a good synopsis ready for it. I'm hesitant on starting it today though because it's Culp's BD and it'd be a bit morbid (not to mention a bit unfair to a fellow horse).

Does Tussan want to help? It is not fair to volunteer someone, you know.

True... but I was trying to go for an open invitation. I mean, I don't want him to feel like he's not welcome to join in (same goes for Josie and all our members here. )

Well, it hit be like a ton of bricks, but I think I've finally got an idea for a story that's Pam centered. Now... I'm waiting to see what develops, but hopefully this one will work like a charm. It's a story idea I had that has stalled, but I found a better one in it's place for Aidan, and more I thought about it, this one would really work well for Pam. So, if there's an agreement, here's a challenge: What I planned on doing was having to write a part of the story each day (exceptions: Really long night or if I have a bout of mild heat exhaustion again and know I'll goof.) It's up to you guys.

Well, I didn't want to post this on your own special thread, so I'll do it here... good luck and look forward to reading it!

Thanks, Josie, I'll PM you the basis so if you want to add a challenge thrown into the mix, feel free to do so. (I'm also turning everysingle shade of the rainbow... I'm worse than my stories turing Ralph and Aidan every color of the rainbow if they get a new suit power. )

OK, since it seems this idea's DOA on the Katt board, I want to post it up here. I'm interested in writing another Pam story, only this time I have to include stuff you tell me to/not to do. Ex. "Pam has to kiss so and so" or "You have to make sure so and so's somewhere." I'm not limiting the number of ideas suggested, but in the end, it'd have to be narrowed or I go into long format. (and... two minor rules: Keep it clean and I don't kill off cannon characters. This does include Holly if suggested.) Ideas will be open for suggestions through next Friday, Nov. 17. The start time will probably be the Monday or Wednesday after (as I'll probably be unpacking/shooting a basketball game on Sun and Tues.) The length of the story can vary some, but if I get enough ideas, I can't do a drabble. Reason, you can't fit 20 ideas (yes, wishful thinking) into 100 words and it make sense. Genre... I'd like the mods to decide, or if they don't want to, I'll choose. Any ideas/suggestions will be appreciated. (Just no... let's blow the idea up.)

My only suggestion would be to write a story without anyone losing consciousness, except for normal (dreamless) sleep

My only suggestion would be to write a story without anyone losing consciousness, except for normal (dreamless) sleep OK, and I'm guessing this includes fainting, does this pertain to every character I use or just the principals? (And, figured this'd be suggested, given all but "The Ghost of Hotel Doom" has one of the trio out at some point. That one, it was two characters in the haunted house).

I concur...only normal sleeping...and although he may not mean it this way, I think fainting should not be allowed either. I don't know if you could do it.

intr.v. faint·ed, faint·ing, faints 1. To fall into a usually brief state of unconsciousness. Fainting, getting knocked out, "it was all just a dream": I meant all of those I don't even wanna see a frickin DAYDREAM!

Come on guys... you're going to make it too easy if I just have the one suggestion. With just the one so far, I can write a drabble where no one loses consciousness really easy. The more suggestions I get, the harder that one will become because I'll have to write more and be more creative to get around it (though it won't be hard).
